Menstrual cloths

what are they ?

much like sanitary  towels/pads but washable , placed inside underwear to catch blood.

What are they made from?

Menstrual cloths have 3 layers Top ( the part that touches the skin) Core ( the part that holds the blood) the back ( the part that touches the gusset of the wearers underwear

Why are they good for Autistic people

During the research for the book Autistic people told me that it was important to be able to use menstrual cloths as they could choose fabrics that would not aggravate their sensory issues.
